The medial hexacosichoron (Bower style acronym mix) is the regular compound of 120 pentachora, with full hexacosichoric symmetry. It can be considered as the 4-dimensional analogue of the compound of five tetrahedra. It can also be seen as a compound of 60 stellated decachora, and as a stellation of the hexacosachoron. The model has icosahedral symmetry.
