In his excellent page about Semi-regular polytopes beyond the fourth dimension Paulo Freire made a Zometool model of one of the two icosahedral projections of the 6-demicube. He also mentioned that interestingly, both projections would look exactly the same when seen from a 5-fold symmetry axis. Trying to emphasize this remarkable fact, I made a single vZome model which simultaneously shows the step-by-step instructions for the Zometool models of both projections. Please switch perspective off after the final step, to convince you that both projections look indeed the same when seen from a 5-fold symmetry axis.
