The Generate Polytope tool easily generates all H4 polychora. Without scaling, Zometool length struts are produced (r1, r2, b2 and y2). To better understand the relationships between the various H4 polychora, I prefer applying scaling factors:

Relative scaling factors for each truncation of the Hexacosichoron

Instead of applying a specific scaling quaternion while generating the polychoron, one also can perform the scaling operation afterwards. Therefore, the following vZome model contains appropriate scaling tools for each specific truncation. The model also contains some scenes. The odd-numbered scenes respectively show the properly scaled projections of the rectified, regular, cantellated, cantitruncated, truncated, runcitruncated, runcinated, omnitruncated and bitruncated hexacosichora. Alternatingly, black and white connectors are used. The even-numbered scenes display the compound of the polychoron in the previous scene and the polychoron in the next scene. As both have differently coloured vertices, it is somewhat easier to study how they can be derived from each other.
